I have been wondering how to fix also. In the past double sowed under pivots with 7.5 sunflower. This year double sowed some with 530c and single sowed right down rows. With bad winds and dry conditions looking for a way to have less disturbance also. I hired the 530c to plant and think some openers could be reversed if it was mine to leave stalks standing better. Seems to knock it all flat.
