| We seeded 18 or so crops with a 28 foot bourgault fh series air seeder with a 2115 cart single shoot of coarse. In 2016 went to a jd 1820 with 787. I have found the current drill to be a lot more maintenance repair than the old bourgault. The main thing I do like is the double shooting with a single fan…simple. Want to go back to a bourgault (likely 5710). Probably the main thing holding me back is that bourgault double shoots with 2 fans, just wondering if anyone out there in newagtalk land had ever rigged up their bourgault cart to double shoot with a single fan like flexi coil does? Heaviest fertilizer rates are up to 150 pounds of dry fert (ex 80% urea 20% phos). Grow cereals, canola, alfalfa, peas. Thanks fellas | |
