This is the setup I have. Uses air line to pull coolant/lubricant out of a 5 gallon bucket under the table.

My table has built in reservoir with drain plug at the rear where it returns to the bucket.

For drilling off the drill press where you can't flood the piece Mystic Metal Mover or Tap Magic is great.
