Been doing bale grazing for 13 years. We put bales pretty close together on poor ground to feed the soil. My only advice is bales close together feed the ground, bales spread say 30 to 40 feet apart feed cows. We used to use electric fence but this year we let them have it all, worked the same as moving the fence every 3 to 5 days. We also use sisal twine.
