Northern Indiana | We were in the same situation last fall. I wanted a new trailer to move the backhoe and track loader. Also we will set it up as a second nurse trailer when we are trying to plant and spray at the same time. For a few dollars more we bought a 39’ drop deck single axle semi trailer. 22.5 tires, air brakes and we have a single axle truck that we can keep on it until harvest.
I believe the whole setup is safer than trying to make a pickup truck do the work of a big truck.
