Doing strenuous things have been hit or miss for me the last couple years. Some days I can get up and run, lift pull etc. No problem. The next day I have trouble getting down to the shed.
I may have stumbled on to why tonight though. I got on my wife's treadmill. Before I started my heart beat was 138. I started very slow and then went to 2.5 MPH. My heart beat dropped to 111 when I sped up. One would have thought it would increase. I noticed it dropped the faster and longer I went the other day.
OK, I know you guys think 2.5 is slow! LOL It is. It seems a lot faster when one has a buggared foot, bad knees and muscles that never loosen up.
