As stated above, start checking voltage. It's possible that's it's voltage related and not enough to crank the engine again. Possibly the battery(s) shorted internally and ths voltage took a dump. It couldnalso be the starter was stuck on, fried out and locked up in the start mode. If it won't even crank, I would guess battery, cables or starter.
