Depends your snow load, size needing cleaned off…I have not used my 8’ blower in years. (I should have hooked it for this year but tired of hooking it up, unhooking in spring)
Skid loader, no chains, clears the snow most years I need quick. I set up cattle trailer, with 4 10’x10’ kennel panels in place I used to push snow. That made things harder. But it being level ground over 80% the worn tire GEHL 4840 moves a lot of snow. The only issue is clean up when temps over 30F. The bucket plugs with snow. Have to do 3 drops to clear. I look at pusher blades with sides. I keep thinking of adding wings to bucket sides (maybe just one side) skid loader, 6’ bucket moves a lot of snow quickly.
