| Like John says, just keep doing a little more each time!
In early December I took the weights off of a tractor and they felt much more heavier than they used to....
I knew that I had been slacking off on my exercise so I started lifting weights and riding my Airdyne bike again, as well as going up and down my basement stairs as many times as I could until winded.
At least my body has responded well, even though I'm "middle aged," and I'm adding more weights and cardio is much better already too.
Keep working at it!!!
