NW IA | Interesting. I have been on the low/no carb trail for almost 4 years and have never counted a calorie.
From your menu the banana, bread, chips, low fat cheese, and Mt. Dew would all be considered poisonous*. Carbs from fruit have to be accounted for in my world because everything I've learned suggests that the human carcass can't tell if the sugar came from an apple or an Oreo. It's not just the carbs in the chips and bread I want to avoid, it's the seed oil that is most likely hiding out in there.
