Subject: RE: Mr Burns Thoughts on sweet corn

Virginia
Thought I'd post a pic of a meal for me. It really sounds more than it looks.

Turkey and bacon sandwich with low fat Swiss cheese and lettuce and onion and a little olive oil and red wine vinegar
550-600 calories ( damn bacon)
15 grams carbs

2 servings utz ruffle potatoe chips
300 calories
30 carbs

2 cups Noosa lemon yogurt
360 calories
42 grams carbs

Serving of pecans ( about 2 handfuls)
190 calories
4 or 5 carbs not many

1 banana ( I ate 1st before I thought to post this)
Free calories, I dont count fruit or vegetables

Total for lunch
1400 calories
90ish carbs

Now this morning I took blood pressure medicine and ate some pecans
So counting that I've had around 1600 calories and 100 grams carbs so far today.
Its 2:30 pm eastern time
I've been up since 6 and other than those pecans I've ate nothing but lunch.
If i don't eat a little something with medicine I feel out of sorts.

I've also drank 2 diet mtn dews and counting lunch 3 bottles of water so far today so I've had around 96 oz of liquid up to now. I generally drink between 1- 1.5 gallons of water and diet mtn dew in a day. The diet mtn dew is my coffee lol.
I generally don't eat the yogurt but my little boy went back to school Tuesday and I had it in here for him. I was tired of carrying it around in the cooler lol. If you like yogurt Noosa is the best.
