C IL | If you would try to calculate it, Central VA probably needs that many calories. I food journaled for several weeks starting out to to get an idea of the nutrient composition and calories of what I was eating, and you can learn a lot, but I’ve moved past that now. I am only 6’5” and a bit under 300 lbs and a big guy but built more tight end than lineman as I get rid of the belly fat. I can average 2800 calories/day over the week and burn/replace 350-400 calories on a workout day and still be on track to lose a couple lbs per week. When you are a tall, muscular guy there is a lot of basal metabolism. |
