![](http://www.newagtalk.com/mapdots/johnburns.jpg) Pittsburg, Kansas | I eat like a horse too. Last night went to friends house for supper and they have become bigger proponents than even my wife and I. So the meal was definitely low carb. The ribeye he put on my plate had to have been at least 20 oz. My wife finished probably 3/4 or hers and I made it probably 90% (we brought the rest back to our place and it likely will become meat soup for today lunch or something). For our vegetable salad about 3 cherry or grape tomatoes sliced in half with about 3 mozzerella cheese balls and a basil leaf for looks (ok, I ate it). Then my wife had fixed and taken the low carb desert which was Itallian creme cake topped with a couple of pecan halves dipped in 85% chocolate.
Talk about a fantastic meal!!!! Very low carb (including the desert) yet very delicious. Wife and I have never went hungry when eating low carb and there is plenty of variety to suit us.
I have no idea how many calories we eat. Have never attempted to figure it up, let alone track it.
