Yes it does lol, im a big man. Im not going to go hungry. My point was the types of food I eat and still loose weight. I cant go on a grilled cheese cup of soup lol.
Most of my eating is over a 5-6 hour period. The rest is fasting. Hence the " 18/6 " diet.
I dont know if its my age, size, activity or all of the above but 3000-3500k calories a day im satisfied and lose weight
Its really not many calories when you consider a "western" diet.
Hit fast food for breakfast and you can get a easy 1200-1500 calories in a meal, then hungry a hr or two later.
A couple cheeseburgers and fries and a coke for lunch and you've ate another 2000 calories. Snacks of chips and candy bars and you've knocked down another 1000 calories.
Now get a pizza for supper on way home and eat another 1200-1500 calories and enjoy a couple budweisers with the pizza and there is 600 more.
Total for the day is 6k calories in a day. Its all processed and carb laiden. Thats why Americans have a obesity problem. I eat way more quantity of food and its better for you and less calories.
