They are probably the same ones used on augers with shear pin PTOs. The size would be dependent on the size category of the PTO shaft.  They are kinda special as have to be right length so as to not bottom out and the neck or non threaded part is long enough so place where it would shear is full bolt diameter and not threads.

  Westfield augers have them for example.
