Got up drank several glasses of water ate a handful of pecans and took blood pressure medicine 200 calories pecans
Drank a diet dr pepper around 8 24oz 0 calories
Drank a coke zero around 10 24 oz 0 calories
Ate lunch around 2
Ham/deer bologna sandwich with red onion, lettuce, olive oil red wine vinegar and low fat Swiss cheese. All on 647 bread
Ham 100 calories
Deer bologna 100 calories
Cheese 100 calories
Olive oil 100 calories
Bread 80 calories
Total 480 calories sandwich
2 servings utz ruffle chips 300 calories
5 dill pickles
3 bananas
Around 4:30 ate a can chef boyrdee ravioli 320 calories
Had a couple more handfuls of pecans and a mt dew zero 400 calories in pecans
Ate supper around 8
2 deer burger hamburger steaks 400 calories
1 fried onion in leftover deer burger grease
Big pile of broccoli 100 calories in butter
1 tomatoe sliced up
Ate a couple spoonfuls of peanut butter for dessert 190 calories
Total for the day
Around 2400-2500 calories/and less than 150 grams carbs
Fruit and veggies are free i don't count them
In addition to the diet sodas I've drank approximately a gallon of water also.
