Central Nebraska | Lots of good advice. I’d say start small and work up. Focus on small wins. I’m mostly a carnivore at this point. Some fruits and honey. I intermittent fast as well. Only eat once a day. Weight training is great but not worth risk/reward if you don’t know what you’re doing. Mostly stay active as possible. Cooking can be a great new hobby. My kids and I love making food. We made homemade butter yesterday during the storm and biscuits out of the buttermilk. They love it. We hunt/ fish and eat as much as we can. Another healthy habit I actually enjoy now, it’s kinda out there, is cold therapy. Ie ice baths. A few minutes a week does wonders and it’s next to free. | |
