SW WI | I agree with some intermittent fasting….seems to really have helped me. I usually get 20k steps a day….livestock work. And I like to go at things, my heart rate gets going, not like running but my point is it’s not a slow old person walk in the park.
But the age old thing….no one can work out enough to avoid what bat eating habits are doing to their body. You must make dietary changes to have results. | |
