 | Found out I was intolerant to gluten about 4 years ago, cut that out and lost about 30 lbs without even trying.  Eliminate any processed sugars, cut back on the grains and you should be good to go.  I grill a lot of burger patties, chicken breast and pork chops for my lunch, eat a salad with some plain salt on it a chunk of grilled meat and that’s usually all I eat for lunch.  3 eggs and some bacon for breakfast is a good start for me.  It takes about 30 days for your taste buds to change start eating healthier and the good foods will, start to taste better.  I’m 6 ft tall didn’t really think I needed to lose weight but went from 225 to 185 and I eat all I want of good food. |  |
