 | Cut out the pop.  Eat low carb and low sugar.  Been on it 12 years and went from 200 and maintain around 150 (5'9").   I also don't eat from evening meal until noon the next day.  I run a lot (1750 miles in 2022) but 1 cookie = 3 mile.  Also lift for 20 minutes 3 times a week, everybody has time for that.  Good luck!
