Given those specs, that's about 0.25 tractor hours per acre. Not sure what depreciation and labor should be for that size tractor. I'd put that cost around $10/acre with my equipment. I have no idea what new equipment prices mean for depreciation and repairs should put on the plow per acre. With my limited number of acres and ready supply of low cost older plows that's well under $5/acre.

I don't think I'd leave the driveway to do custom work for less than $30 though unless it is a favor. $30 is the figure I use in my crop planning budgets.

I just looked up IA State custom rate survey data and whoever answered the survey must have answered back when fuel was under $2/gal.
