Same here. Had a 4830, then upgraded to a 4038 in 2014. Much better sprayer. We have had no major problems with the 4038. As pointed out, there are a couple of bushings in the booms that wear through. If you see the outer section of the boom hanging a little lower, it's time to change the bushings. Fairly easy to do and they are not that expensive...relatively.
