Saronville, NE | I was tempted by an advertisement on TV several times for a pressure cooker, because it said you could cook a roast or whole chicken in 1-1 1/2 hrs or so and it would come out very tender and moist. I often find myself an hour or two before a meal thinking "should've put a roast or pork chops in the crock pot." So I gave in and ordered it; it arrived today, complete with a few recipes. I googled for more recipes and found a few good ones, but was wondering if anyone uses a pressure cooker for this type of meal preparation, and if you have any recipes you've tried and enjoyed or if you have any tips for me.
