Subject: Nutriplant Seed Treatment - legit or snake oil?

SW Minnesota
My daughter's boyfriend is selling Amway products to help pay his way thru college. He is wanting to sell me ag-related items from Amway's product line and one of them is Nutriplant Seed Treatment. It is to be used in place of talc/graphite in the seed box and adds some micronutrients with your seed in the process. Here is a link to their website:

They do have some field trial info listed on the website but I'm wary of any trial info provided by the seller of any product - tends to be biased toward making that product look good.

So, has anyone tried this product or know where I could find some unbiased trial info? Or is this another form of "snake oil" ? A year ago one could more afford to try out things like this but this year every dollar invested need to see a return. And I have a White planter so I don't need to use any talc or graphite anyway. TIA for any feedback!
