Well today my lititle buddy had to go visit a Dr in ATL. As he does every so often. Well when he does good at his visit we like to try and treat him with a pit stop at a local CAT delership. Witch is on the way home. Our boy is crazy about anything equipment but he loves some construction equipment. So they stop in to check out the Toy section and then go out to the yard to see some real equipment. Boy did they have some on the lot today. Has anyone seen one of these tractors or ran one? Not even real sure of the brand but I know it's CAT powered.

Don't know much about that tractor but I do know that young man is having a great time checking it out. Best wishes for whatever is complicating his life.

You bet he is. Yep thanks for the thoughts. My little fella has had a real tough start but that's for a whole diff forum. But he is tough and these types of pit stops and lots of time with me at the farm around our tractors is a real good therapy for him, so to speak. He is a real work horse also.

God bless you and your son! Cherish him, I love my kids more than anything else and enjoy watching them "in their moment". Prayers for what is ailing him.

They build them right at the versatile factory with the cat engines in them. A slightly longer heavier frame in the articulation joint and different gearing in the planataries. They use the same transmission as the delta track with a different calibration of the computer.

I was just on a factory tour last month and saw them being built there.

It is a Versatile Delta Track ,manufactured in Winnipeg Manitoba and repowered and slightly modified by MTS which I believe is in Iowa. Modified to be more industrial than Agricultural.

I do hope your boy and family continues to do well .

Anyone buy one yet for farm use?

If budget would allow, I'd have a fleet of them.

I used to love it when my dad used to take me to look at farm machinery and trucks. My son is the same way. Kids are the best part of my life. Take care and best of luck to your boy!

Versatile never has been afraid of letting others re-brand their equipment, have they?  I understand there are several modifications in this instance.

Thanks for the invite. Yep we farm. We are the only dairy left in Oconee Co. We grow broiler chickens as well, hay, corn silage, rye silage , also do some balage. Have 2 small groups of beef cows to play with too. Haha. Pretty busy! !

Just off mars hill, between the loop and 78...

I didn't know there was a dairy left in oconee county, are you down off colham ferry rd? I saw someone cut a few fields of silage.

I grew up on a dairy farm just south of Augusta.
