Used machine about a week ago. Started it yesterday and the steering wheel is frozen i.e. Won't turn a bit. What do I need to do?

Does the loader go up and down? Looks like shaft from steering wheel is one piece with the valve

Do you have a cab? If not, it may be rain water have gotten into the column and has frozen. Has the temp. turned colder where you are since you last used it.

Low on hydraulic oil?  Steering is the first to go.
