Michigan
What am looking at job wise replacing the hoses on the hoe. Do I have to disassemble the hoe or just extend it out and look for access holes for the fitting. Thanks for the help.

It's not that bad. Need to remove the hoses at the far end on the main boom. Lay the extendahoe out and prop up. I don't think it needs to be extended much. Pull the top extendahoe pin and pull the cylinder and outer extendahoe off the dipper onto saw horse or the like. Then you can replace the hoses. Make sure you tie rope or something to the hoses as they go into the dipper arm.

This is how I remember doing our K and they are all pretty similar. Did a Deere the same way too.

don't have to disassemble any part that I remember, we had a Super E for a few seasons...I like non rusty baling wire for pulling hoses...The proper
size crow's foot socket wrench or what ever you call it helps the most though...Going through the right sequence to get to them all at the valve
bank helps too.

Worst part if overthinking the job before we start, it isn't a bad job at all if
in comfortable working conditions.

Email works here if need more.
