Massey Ferguson 5465 ????

Subject: Massey Ferguson 5465 ????



I am wonder if anyone has one of these?  The good and bad, are they the same/similar as the Agco LT series?

They are the same as the LT series but the LT series only has 2 models now, the LT85a and LT95a with SISU diesel engines. The MF 5400 has a wide range of HP with Perkins and Sisu diesels in the mix.

SEIA		5465 if it is a Tier III motor will have 6 cylinder (402 cu.in.) Perkins, 100 pto hp. If it is a Tier II or older it will be 95 hp with 6 cyl Perkins as well. Should be miserly on fuel. If it has Dyna-4 tranny, that's a plus, fairly easy to shift and no clutching to change ranges.

Use it.  It would be a chore tractor that would grind and mix feed, pull the discbine, and other stuff that a 100 hp tractor would do.

Somewhereville, Earth		ya they seems to be well recieved here

the biggers ones are 4cylinder sisu and 6 cylinder sisu in that range (5470? 5475?)

anyways, good chore tractors, happy farming
