Does any other country in the World build 4WD Tractors like the USA-suppose a few in Europe but are there any built elsewhere? Suppose Russia builds converted Army Tanks. Suppose we export ours all over.

Versatiles are made in Winnepeg, CA.

Claas are made in Germany I think?

Belarus made 4wd's. There is one sitting behind the old gas station in Mound City, SD I believe. They used to sell them.

There are others. But, many parts of the world do not have near the field sizes we do, and they also have more people per capita farming, ie, smaller farm sizes.

We have some 4wds built here in South Africa. New Agrico tractors are still available but Aco is not being built anymore.

Looks as if the Brazilian 1128 Engasa is powered by a Cummins 855BC.

Is there any of the 4WD's built there with some American influence or are they all born out of African influence?

I think Agrico started off by building Steigers under licence.

There are, or at least we're at one time, some South American and Australian built 4wd tractors.

Here is one out of the Russian/Easter Block country area. You can mount things on the back of it as well. Saw one in person at Agritechnica in 08' in Germany with a 60ft Horsch airseeder and 400 bushel tank mounted to the back.

Better have a camera or someone guiding you to hook the implement on that one.

These photos are of an Australian made Baldwin tractor. These were made in the 1980s and developed 600 hp with a smaller version putting out 400 hp. This tractor a DP600 (Diesel, Power shift trans and 600 hp).
