I would like to get ideas on how to make or purchase concrete forms for 48 to 60 foot bins. I would like the concrete to be 18" tall. I would like something that could be reused multiple times and would make a nice unifom curve. Also ideas on bracing the forms to keep curves nice and uniform when pouring. I have used Masonite in the past and braced with 2x4 knee braces. This works and is functional, just looking for a better way. Thanks for any and all ideas!

Where are you located?
My brother has steel forms, reuseable; BUT the last 3-4 years, he has been so busy with bin erection; he keeps talking about selling his trencher and his custom made steel forms, for concrete bin foundations.

Built ours out of sheet metal, 10' pieces with three stake pockets per form. Just mark your circle out and stake it with rebar. I think I had $1500 in them when I built them 10 +/- years ago, they have done 10-15 of our bins and some of the neighbors.

We built ours the same way. We also use on inside of footing, then we will will pull inside forms, backfill center, then pour pad over the top. The best thing we did was build the vibrating screed. Have it rest on a column in the center, and I'll pull around with a winch as we pour. Guys just push up or pull concrete as needed, it made pouring a 48' last year a breeze.
