Does anyone have a code or a matching paint for DMI equipment? Dealer says they don't sell it anymore and can't get it. I could have a paint shop match it but it's never quite the right color when I do that.

When my DMI center dump wagons needed painting I just used Ford tractor blue. It was close enough and readily available.

I didn't respond the first time I saw your post, but since there are no replies, I will share my experience.  I bought Rust Oleum Royal blue paint in spray cans for touch up, many gallons of Royal Blue for repainting my DMI wagons.  Not saying it was a perfect match, but it was very close.  I figured what the match was off was due to fading of the original paint.  If I put a picture of the new DMI next to the picture of the repainted wagons, I could see no difference.

I use rust oleum sail blue (7724) for touchup. it is a little darker. more like the original color before fading.

edit. if you need it perfect, check with the artsway company. they might know. the original blue seemed to fade quite a little.

I bought DMI blue from a dealer years ago and it did not match up anyway. Sorry, no help but going to a dealer that has some may not match up anyway. Pretty sure it was not a fading issue.

I don't know this for fact, but I would believe it.

The trouble is, matching DMI blue is a moving target, depending upon how much it has faded. Kinze blue was the same way until the 3000 series. The 3000 series got the same shade of blue, but I believe that is when they went to the powder coat paint. Powder coat paint (amongst it's long list of advantages) is more fade resistant.
