Well, I guess I will use my one time shot here to promote what I have, then let it lie. I would like to thank Ag Talk in advance for letting me do this.

For all White planter owners, we have developed a compact electrical box to mount on top of your existing air pressure control valve. It allows you to increase or decrease the air pressure going to your seed meter from the seat of your tractor and no longer have to go back and adjust it at the planter. It uses remote key fobs so you can adjust it on the go and see the results instantly on your seed tube monitor. You only need to get power and ground to it and since it uses wireless remotes, you do not need to run wires all the way up to the cab. Rather than go into it all here I will just direct you to the website and you can look at the brochure and youtube video to get the jist of it. We have them available for all models of White planters from the 5100 series up to the 9000 series.

We have made it available to White planter dealers and have sent them the information on it so you can contact your dealer or you can contact us direct if needed and we would be happy to get them out to you.

Thank you for looking!

Single channel units where we only need to control 1 valve costs $250. On the 8800 & 9800 series, there are 2 of these control valves - 1 for LH side and 1 for RH side, you would need 2 so total cost for the planter would be $500. On some of the 8500 series, say the 8516, 8524, or 8531 where 1 control valve has 2 knobs a dual channel unit is required where it has 2 devices built into 1 box, it would be $500.

Wow when I built this 3 years ago for a white using gear reduced servo motors from rc hobby store and couple of double throw momentary switches had I knew I could sell the 100 dollars in parts for 500 I would have got a patent. Oh well dollar short and day late.

I don't think $400 worth of "it just works" is unreasonable.

I was under the impression that on a modern tractor with closed centre load sensing hydraulics you adjust the flow on the tractor and leave that flow control on the planter wide open.....at least that is what we do.

I may be wrong because I've not been around a tractor newer than a '91 model, but I don't know if you could be precise enough to move the needle on the gauge .1 of an inch/lb. or what ever that measurement is.

On a planter that is plumbed for Direct drive, this can be done if you can adjust your remotes minutely enough to achieve the small change you desire. However, on a planter with a PTO pump, you do not even have that option. We run a lot of PTO pumps just to reduce the amount of headaches we get from a tractor not having good enough hydraulics to run everything.

If you have a planter running on SCV flow yes that would be possible, alot of the white planters are using PTO pumps.

Still not able to do that. Your hydraulic drives are on the same circuit. Have to set the flow high enough to support both circuits and then set you fan where you want it with the control nob.

This is a great tool, I like it!

The little ditty comes if sales are either so good I am ecstatic or so bad I am desperate.

Interesting. Instead of extending the air pressure gauge to the planter hitch, why not just put together a kit to install a tee for a pressure sending unit and run a wire into the cab and put an air pressure gauge there. Then you could adjust the pressure without looking back all the time. Thanks to the moderator for allowing the posting of this product.

We have run a similar product on our white 6186 for quite a few years now. recently upgraded to a 8816 (now 2 valves to control instead of just one) and I've been looking around for some of these so really happy to see this post. I initially thought since i had an extra hyraulic valve on the tractor that i would take off the pto pump and do like others are suggesting and control the air pressure from the cab by adjusting the flow out of the tractor hydraulics, I'm sure my tractor has plenty of capacity, but didn't want to risk changing pressures when other things use hydraulics suchs as steering or markers. I'll be getting in touch.

Will it work on the 6000 series White Planters?

While at it, better ask about the 5100?

Yes, works with the 5100 series, 6000 series, 8000 series and the new 9000 series. There are a 3 different control valve types. The brochure that is downloadable from the website link kind of steps you through which one you need. Otherwise call and I would be happy to assist.

I'm attaching planting data compiled by my Agleader dealer. It's a singulation report downloaded from 18 different planters. My planter is the White with the hydraulic drive. Seems like I'm always going back to adjust my air pressure and apparently it had helped get me near the top. I'm looking forward to ordering on of these units by spring.

The Agleader Integra has the ability to create a report on singulation. This was a new feature for 2013. My dealer collected the data from the 18 planters. It's really the singulation percentage for the total acres planted.
I find it very interesting as I'm sure you do. I was unaware that it the Integra could collect this data until this summer and now it will give me some incentive to improve my planter performance. I believe you can right click the image and do a save image as........
