Columbia City, Indiana | I had an old gate frame, basically the outside of a regular pipe gate with no cross sections, somebody dropped it off one day Grandpa told me. I just took a cattle panel and wired it to the frame, then cut a couple of calf sized holes in the cattle panel. I put it up next to the lot so the calves can get inside out of the weather but the cows can't. It works great but I'll probably have to replace the cattle panel in the next couple of years. Cattle panels ain't what they used to be. Kind of funny, the "smother mother" types sure don't like not being able to see their calves!
