Northeast Ga.
I'm installing sweeps on my CDF rotor and am wondering what Gleaner operators' opinions are of these? I will be using them in green material. This is in an R62 Gleaner.

I've never used them but would like to know how well they work out for you when you get going. I really like the looks of having some in the far left discharge position to get material on across the width of the chopper. People can't believe how small the chopper is in an R series but the funny thing is they basically only use half of it according to knife wear and I've got extended discharge helicals as well. Where did u get the sweeps?

I got them from Tim at B&G equipment. Sunnybrook Welding made them and sells through Gleaner.

Ok, Tim is our dealer. I don't plan on pulling my rotor this year so next year I may see about a set then. Good luck.

Charing Cross, Ont.
I like the looks of those, I have a set that are more like knives. I took mine out, thought they chopped up straw too much and overloaded the shoe. Those look like they would move stuff along better.
