Subject: This Question Again, Any owners of Kubota ZG-327

Middle Tennessee
Any owners of a Kubota ZG-327 zero-turn mower ? I thinking real hard of buying one. I like Kubota products, got a Kubota T-1560 riding mower now, that is 15 years olds, ready to move up in mower. I like the 0 % financing that Kubota got also. Was going to get a ZG-227 but decide I can move up in mower for just a little more money. Like to heard from any owners of this mower. Do you like the gas engine in this mower ? Anybody just buy one new this spring, what did it cost if you don't telling ?

I have a ZD 326 and it is a very good machine, covers a lot of ground in a hurry. The crank up deck is a + and it is compact, the diesel engine is quiet and does not blow heat on to me. The tip speed is very fast so if you hit gravel watch out for your windows, it can fire a stone hundreds of feet, lol. Drive both the gas and diesel and see which is quieter and cooler, I believe the diesel will out-last the gas.

I went with the ZD323 which is the smallest of the commercial diesels. 60 inch deck. I love it. I was looking at a 54 inch gas or diesel(cant remember model number) but it was not a big price difference to step up. Plus I did the 0% anyway.

I guess I can't comment on the 327 but I've had a 331 that's been a great machine. Seems like Kubota is one of the last companies to truly care about their quality control... Not cheap but an excellent product - I've forgotten what it cost but I always remember that I haven't spent a dime in repairs yet.

I got a ZD 326 and love it, tried the ZG 327 before as a demo was a great machine also, the deck is the best in the industry in my opinion

Only problem is they get stuck in a heavy dew. Otherwise great.

Had to look in garage, have zg 227. Love it. Great quality. 57 hours first season. Every where you look it seems smart.
Seems to have twice as much power as 18hp diesel tractor mower. And burns lots of gas to do it.
Yes they will get stuck. . Great every where but steep ditch slopes. That takes a bit of learning.

Had our ZG 327 for about 3 years now and love it. It rides great and the deck is well built. We have only had to replace the blades and the gauge wheels on each side of the deck. Not sure how many hours are on it but would definitely buy another one.

Thanks for all the replies, the answers were what I want. I think they are a good mower. But I don't think they are much higher than other mowers in the same class.
