Subject: 7 pin implement wiring diagram

A Service tech worked on one of the tractors and didn't plug the cord back in for the field cult. warning lights. I noticed it after the wife drug it through the field and roads a couple days and the plug in end got wrecked. I got a new plug in but can't find which wires go to which terminal. I compared it to the plug on my wagons but the wires don't match. It is a Tigermate field cult. on a Deere tractor. Anybody know where the wires go? Thanks.

Do not go by the camper trailers.org diagram. It is not representative of any modern farm equipment and probably not much older farm equipment either.

Do go off the manual for the tractor you are using or download one of the manuals for a tractor that is available online like a newer JD tractor or something and go to their lighting section.

According to ASAE Standard #S279.13 the 7 terminal agricultural implement connector meets SAE standard #J560. Terminal # 1 is a white ground wire. #2 is a black wire which is not used, #3 is a yellow wire for the LH Flash and Turn Lights, #4 is a red wire for the Brake Lights, #5 is a green wire for the RH Flash and Turn Lights, #6 is a brown wire for the Tail Lights and #7 is a blue wire which is not used. I hope this helps and it matches your implement.
