I got 16’ of their workbench last winter for our new shop, very well built and good honest guys to work with. I spent the extra $ for the stainless top, and would recommend it, gives it a nice bright look, easier to see small parts than on a black top. Endless drawer options, but get the cordless tool charging drawer for sure. We also had one empty space for a place to put a stool.

10 years ago we got 2-12' benches and the upper cabinets above and it was $14k then, I bet they are considerably more now lol, they are super customizable now too, lots of options I wish we could have gotten back then

There must be dog biscuits in that drawer you have open! (-:

We have a 12' bench that we've had for 12 years and this past spring bought one of the tall parts cabinets. Only complaint with the work bench is they didn't let you do near the customization of them back then and the top drawers are too deep IMO. I like at least a few shallow drawers. They are built super heavy.

I’ve got only 6 ft. Never have your finger tips in there when rolling a door closed. Only use the handles! Yes, well built but pricey. Most people consider them the Cadillac around here. I had no drawers and wanted some bad and most stuff I looked at was not impressive. I priced the wood to build wooden drawers and that isn’t cheap anymore either. My only complaint is I know they need it for drawer depth but with their depth reaching things hung on the wall become quite the reach.

Zero complaints here had them for 7 years, wanta say it was around $6,000-$8,000 for two 12ft benches. Seems expensive but was half price on a 72in snap on box at that time.

Have two sections with drawers, plus matching overhead wall cabinets with doors and shelves.
two complete sections, can't remember if 10' or 12' each. I think was about $13,000 total with shipping.
Can't buy one normal size Snapon box for anywhere near that.
Very well built, high quality.
Cheaper than the other similar brands we checked.
They will lay out the custom configuration of drawers, spacing, sizes, colors, just as you want.

I bought a nice bench from Benchmark. At the time, about the same price as McTavish. I did here some guys had some delivery issues but my experience was good. My bench is built for farm use and abuse. Can't overload the drawers. Maybe worth looking at. USA company built in Indianapolis.

Have had them for 10 years or more. Can’t remember if it is two 12 or 16 footers and the corner one. Best thing I’ve done. Don’t remember what they cost but wasn’t cheap back then. The pic doesn’t show the whole thing.

Have had 2 12 ft. cabinets connected by an 8 ft top for 12 years and as good now as when delivered.  A couple drawers probably have 100+ lbs. with no sag yet.  I might consider stainless top if doing again but really the painted is fine.  Think it was around $9K then.

Bought a 12' standing and 6' rolling bench. Like them both. Very expensive, but as someone else mentioned, cheaper than snap on. As mentioned above, we also got stainless top. Really like it. If I need to beat on something with a hammer I'll take it to the welding table instead. Also went with charger drawer and a parts cabinet. Thought about an empty space for a chair but decided we'd rather have the drawer space. Spent the money and got some smaller drawers. Too many tall drawers seems like unusable space.

ETA- they were good to work with. They sent out the 6' bench as stationary instead of rolling. They made another and sent it out free ship, IIRC. I just sold the stationary one here locally.

OMG you guys are like my wife when she watches those home make over shows! The stuff looks sweet but 20 grand for benches would make my guts hurt.Get a couple sheets of 4x20 steel ,bend a lip up on the back, bend a lip on the front ,as thick as you can get hired bent easily with a brake. Then just 2x6 legs ,shelves, beneath.Way heavier,an axle in the vise wont even move it .Plain metal will not rust after you treat it once with clear coat.My bench gets kind of messy before Monday clean up ,,it will outlast many lives.

Yes Maine that is what we did for years. Nothing wrong with it at all. As I get older I have a few things on my bucket list and a workbench with nice drawers was one of them. Robert I think is name of guy at McTavish, nice people. Only complaint is how long it took as we missed a shipment date because some of some miscommunication so took another month. I bought a 12’ and had them cut it down just a 1/2” ( just the top) to fit between pallet racking as I am pretty short of room. I also ordered the 6’ welding table with drawers on wheels with some drawers as a rolling work bench. Not as flashy as the some, but very solid.

What I didn't like about these were the drawers weren't full depth. More like a tall face plate on a pull out tray. We went with Stor-loc and will continue to do so
