Subject: bobcat 7 pin electrical attachment plug ?

North Central MO
Anybody know how the wiring / control volts or have a pin out schematic for the 7 pin cam lock connector on bobcat skid loader, specifically an 06 t300 gold package. Like to be able to run a couple of 12v solenoids from this connector with the joystick buttons. I have no owners manual or shop manual (shop manual ordered but not here yet). Tried to probe the thing but can't figure it out, did find constant 12v and a ground ................. need more ............................ help .........................

There will be a 12v, ground, the rest are CAN wires. You have to have the attachment control computer on the attachment to run anything off the 7 pin. Should be able to get one from the dealer to give you switched outputs.

Good luck.

Bobcat's 7 pin uses digital pulses. It won't work. There are adapter cables (expensive) that may accomplish what you want.

As a side note: If you desire 12 volt power, be careful where you get it from. You can't just find a hot wire with a test light and use it. Unless you are VERY lucky and happen to pick the correct wire, you will fry the controller (computer). Flip up the cab. On the left side near the top of the pumps there is a weatherpack connector specifically for accessories--use that.
