The Delta
Many bought them here in the early 2000's. Those guys now run 8XXX deeres. Electronic nightmare, sticker price, and that goofy 6th post in the cab obstructs view.

Fendt's have come along way with regards to operator comfort. Honestly I didn't mind the old cabs, I felt they were cozy and the controls were laid out fairly well.  Deere and CNH both had big cabs though. I will say the X5 cab Fendt now has is very nice and laid out much simpler than before, in fact it seems more simple than any other cab.  With regards to the 6 post cab, its now a 5 post however Agco still uses a 6 post on the smaller Masseys so Fendt was not the only one using 6 post cabs. The Genesis tractors also had 6 post cabs. Personally I do not like 4 post cabs.  Due to the issues with our Agco/MF's i would much rather have the Fendt 5 post and know that the door is going to shut, stay shut and not break.

Old 926 like you are referencing.

New 900 series (been out since 08)

How long ago did you order it?

We're looking at our options right now to trade off the DT275 on one.  Was told they were out until January on new ones, however if an order was placed now it could be June due to the retooling for Tier 4 Final.

S.C. Wisconsin
We have a 926 with 5500 hours, very fed minor problems. We really like the transmission and yes they do run as cheap as they say. At first I thought these stories were just stories. But after owning one for some time they are very fuel efficient in the real world. We also have 2 Genesis NH's which have been great tractors and being our Fendt has the older style cab the Genesis has a nicer cab. But the Fendt is rides a lot smoother.
