I price a set of ATV tires for my four wheeler at my local CO-OP tire shop other day, boy were they high. or seem to me. Eighty dollars apiece for the rear tires, this is a 250 cc size four wheeler. Plus they would have to order them, didn't stock that size. What are some good places that you can buy tires online ? Or some other places to look at ?

Embarrass WI

I haven't been shopping for ATV tires, but the last time I needed motorcycle tires, Dennis Kirk had the best prices, free shipping, and next day delivery.

You might also check your local Craigslist. "Here", guys buy aftermarket wheels and tires for their ATV's and sell the stock ones, sometimes pretty cheap.

At one time I saw some at a Walmart store and they looked to be somewhat cheaper. Don't have any idea about the quality, but thought I'd check there since our Polaris 500 is without any tread left on the front tires, and it gives me the creeps when I'm riding it between farms on the gravel.

SE Michigan
The best price I could find on ATV tires was JC Whitney.

Even after paying shipping they were allot less then Nebraska Tire or any other on-line source.

They were Maxxis Mud Bugs, so they were not an off brand or blems.

I bought a rear tire for my 300 atv from local co-op. Size 24x11x10. They had it in a couple days. Cost $80. I didn't shop around or ask the price when I ordered it. When I went over to get them to put it on, I was well pleased with the tread design. The tire is Carlisle brand and is heavier than the original Goodyear tires. Both the Carlisle and Goodyear were Made in USA.
