How do you route the hose from the saddle tanks on the tractor to the main bar, which raises 4' and rotates 90*. If anybody has one a few pictures would be helpful. Thanks

Follow the tongue and their hydraulic hoses loop up and over the top just like they do the hydraulics.

We ran the hose down the bar (retracted for field operations) and suspended a Banjo disconnect and shutoff between the middle interplant units. When we rotate up we just disconnect the hose and hook it to the front transport post. It seemed like a lot of trouble to route the hose through all the twists and turns that the hydraulic and electric lines follow, and also this is all out in the open. It's pretty simple and not as messy as it might appear.

Thanks for the pictures. I was hopeing to be able to leave it connected while transporting. I have a 12 volt pump on the planter and once I get it primed I don't want to break the line. Not to mention the mess 10 34 0 makes.
Do you have a tractor mounted pump? It looks like you either feed 2 manifolds, or you use that system to fill planter tanks. Is that 1.5" hose?

The more picture the better! A little explanation is good too(hose size, pump placement, etc.).
Thanks

Have ran this for several years. On the trird pic, we put a piece on expanded metal in between the frame so the hoses have something to rest on and the dirt will fall through. We also added the Rebball later.

We have a Hypro hydraulic pump mounted 12 inches in front of the transport post, the hoses are 1 1/4 inch, and it splits out to feed two Redball manifolds (8 rows) on both sides. We aren't running yet so I just used hose pieces to "mock up" how it would look assembled, thus the tiny pictures.

Thanks Robert, were you getting plugged nozzels, or why add the redballs?

I've got pusher units on my planter, but I think I'll make something like that.

So this is a new setup? I wondered how you kept it so clean and rust free!

I'll post pictures if I get it done without a disconnect. Thanks for the help.

I just never knew for sure the flow divider was as accurate as they claimed. It is. Also it has caught a knife plug a couple of times. Just lets you keep a little better eye on things. Robert
