Does anyone have a easy formula for figuring this out? Take 100 ton of 28%(187000gal), how much would this be in 32%?
Just looking for a easy formula help figure it out. Also if buying 32 and diluting it down with water to 28 what is that formula?
Thanks much

640 lb N/ ton in 32%
560 lb N/ ton in 28%

100 ton 28% = 56,000 lb N = 87.5 tons 32%

I always just take 32% divided by .875 to get 28, or take 28 x .875 to convert to 32%...

1000 gal 32% divided by .875 is 1142.86 gallons. Add 142.86 gallons to your 1000 gallons of 32% to convert it to 28%
