Central ND | Brand new baler about 15% of the time the net wrap slides in on the right side edge. When I check afterwards the wrap is even distributed across the duckbill when done. The other times make a perfect bale but is frustrating when the wrap isn't getting to the edge those other times. Don't know if its related but once in awhile the baler won't start the wrap and I have to hold the button on the monitor for it wrap after is throws a fault after the baler didn't wrap. Also once in awhile it says the knife cut has not returned to the home position then I have to mess around with the monitor in manual mode to get it back home. What else is weird is that it seems to happen in streaks 20-30 bales all good then misses two or three on the edges in a row then these other electronic issues. Before people start screaming user error or bad net wrap local dealer already suggested that, funny how I can make over 14000 bales on our old BR7090 with the same net wrap with maybe 5 bales a year have an issue. I want my 7090 back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

North Central Texas | So what wrap are you using? |
|
|
|
53925 | For the error on net not starting, adjust your duck bill dwell time to a greater amount. (don't recall what I set mine at but made a big difference) Another thing is the return spring. Make sure it's adjusted tight enough per the book and even a smidge extra is fine to help return things home. Not saying you haven't but make sure your roll of wrap is snug to the holding clips so the roll doesn't wonder. Another thing to check on the wrap is that the duck bill is tight on that end (my rb560 had the end 2 bolts with the nuts just started on the bolt!) Sorry not more help on the wrapping issue! |

Driftless SW Wisconsin | Does the Case require spacers on the end of the netwrap roll(my JD does) and are they missing? |

Eastern Iowa | I have the same baler but mine is a 2016 premium 565 does the same thing not wrapping net on bale edge and sometimes net not starting.
The problem seamed more so when the net was to the end of the roll and some of the brands that are thin and light weight tear easier. Also help to clean any loose hay away from duke bill area and blocking the net from starting on the bale.
The net cycle on the newer balers is fast so I found it helps to start slowing down your ground speed before the full bale alarm goes off especially in heavy hay and larger windrows.
Baler makes a nice bale when working right. It's a big heavy pig to pull if you have hills ! Not as bad on level ground. |

Central ND | To me it seems the roll is too loose and the wrap almost blows to the center when starting the bale. If they cant get this figured out I will be getting my old baler back as it still is sitting in their lot. |

| I had a new NH 560 do the same thing and in the end they replaced the whole net wrap system. There was a certain set of serial numbers that had the problem. We changed this and that and every other thing but didn’t get fixed until they replaced it all during the winter. After that the baler was fine. |

| We would bale and watch the net almost blow over to one side. They tried to tell me it was the net and it wasn’t. Frustrated me to no end. Once it was all over it was how the stuff was cut in the jig or something like that. Regardless that is the problem. There were a few guys in my area that all had the same problem with the NH balers and it was all the same thing. |

NCIA | Shane-I have a good friend that is having problems with his NH baler also. He would like to talk to you about the problem and who your dealer is. I don’t see an e-mail address in your profile. Could you please give him a call? His name is Jon. Six-four-one 420 six-five-two-seven. Thanks |
