We are connecting 2 driveways and filling the ditch in between.
1 driveway is 18" galvanized and the other is 16" galvanized.
What is the easiest way to connect 18" dual wall plastic to 18" and 16" galvanized culvert?

improvise! Take a 30 gal. chem, barrel butt the two pipes together cut appro hole in chem barrel. You can always use an old rear tractot tire tube.

The county did something similar down the road from me and filled in the gap with concrete.

I did a similar thing. Galvanized was down stream. Plastic up stream. I just jammed together best I could and wrapped joint with some thin rubber belting/ mat material. It's held just fine

The county here uses spray foam to fill the gaps then wraps with fabric. Holds up pretty well.

If you have a tile plant near you, almost all of them will make a reducer from 18 to 16. Tha galvanized wont fit quite right but some spray foam or rapping it in visquine (don't know how to spell that) will take care of it.

Wrap the connection with roofing shingles,
The heavy weight laminated shingles work best.

Sorry I missed your question..

It is like an inner tube with a sticky adhesive and a woven material in it..

Depending on size it attaches by hose clamps or ratchet straps.

Sitting in the sun gives it that look.

It isn't coming apart

We use lots of these on transition fans on Grain Air piles of Corn. [Going from fan to pipe] After 1 year we usually have to cut them off.
