Cedar Bluff, AL | What is you alls opion about Roundup Power Max verses Generic Roundup (Honcho, Show Down, Cornerstone plus ETC). Which 1 do you all use, and why. Some people say, they see no difference in the Roundup Power Max verses Generic other than the Roundup Power Max is 30 minutes rainfast and Roundup will help you with your seeds. If you burndown with it, and you have to replant. And the generics are 3 to 4 hours rainfast. And no help on seeds if you have to replant. But no difference between the 2 in the herbicide killing power. TIA |

NE KS | We only use RU to kill grass now, dicamba is for all the tough weeds. Waste of money to use expensive stuff. |

| More than a decade ago my farm got rained on about 20 minutes after I finished applying a generic glyphosate with AMS and I didn't detect any difference in the kills. So that generic was rain fast in 20 minutes or less. Wasn't claimed in the label book as far as I remember, but it worked.

| whatever is the cheapest per ac to use, factoring in all rebates or rewards if any available. its all the same stuff otherwise, im pretty sure if you can get 5-10 minutes for it to dry before it rains you will be fine. have been folding up the spray booms in a downpour before and had less problems with that than spraying in the raw heat. |

| I use abundit edge from DuPont. Savings close to the cost of tomahawk. Abundit is 5.5 lb glyphosate which makes it more convenient to spray than the generics. If cost is within a $1 or less an acre than I chose the brand. |
