Subject: John Deere 6410 help


I have a john deere 6410 with a cab and the power quad transmission. The high beam indicator and turn signal indicators stay lit up steady at all times when the key is on whether the tractor is running or off. The blue warning light and transmission electrical fault light also flash. With those lights lit up it doesn't seem like I am able to retrieve codes from the dash by installing the fuse in the cal position. Everything on the tractor seems to work normal including the pto. When the lights are on in the dash, the outside lights are not on unless they are turned on with the light switch. Any suggestions?

Ontario		That is an odd one. Maybe try disconnecting the battery for a while and reconnect it to see if it resets itself.

I've tried that. I left the battery unhooked over night.

West Central IL

We had a flashing light and PTO wouldn't work, ended up having to put in a new ECU.

My PTO works normally. The dash registers all rpms also.
