Subject: Help - Magnum 310 suspended axle fault

2015 magnum 310 showing fault #10028 for suspended front axle.

Power tractor off/on and it goes away for a little bit, but always comes back.
Had it come back on the road at 32 mph, immediately dropped to 26 mph, almost went through the windshield.

Dealer says it can be calibration, solenoids (two of them?), controller or wiring.
I doubt its wiring, since it works some of the time.

Anyone have experience with this fault and what it was?
Dealer will get to it when they have time, we're done till spring, just trying to figure out if there is something we can look at or check.

If it’s like it’s blue counter part there’s a machined block below the front axle with a potentiometer in it that can get rusted in place, maybe your is partially rusted or has limited movement. Run a calibration and see what happens.

Put key in on position while holding program on the a post for a few seconds go to TCU and navigate to fsus cal

I know our platform has a potentiometer That over time debris will build up and start to cause internment voltage drops from the plugin being pulled on. I know that is different but might be same problem if mud or debris is pulling on your wire.

Our 315 rusted up as well. It was doing goofy things for a while, finally seized up and twisted the shaft. Then the dealer could find the problem.

Yep, check the position sensor under the nose. Could be corroded like others said, broken wire harness, or just loose. Pot low val indicates its out of range on the low side. Pot could be turned too far one way. Or it's trying to raise during the calibration and the position value is not changing so it fails the calibration. This could mean a failed accumulator.

Unlikely there is a bad controller.

Ours looked normal when inspecting it but when it was taking apart the shaft was twisted off inside the block, I thought there was an updated part through cnh also.
