My Gator 625I seems to miss and flood it self. Idles fine and runs good when wide open but hesitates when I start out. Starts missing and floods a little then straightens out. Did the air filters and fuel filters plugs. Higher octane gas does better but still not right. Any other ideas.

Mine does the same thing when we putt around in high gear for a couple days. Like when we spray fence rows or pastures. When we do this kind of work, I really get after my help to put it in low gear, then we don't have a problem.

I take mine back to Deere, and they adjust fuel air mix, and all is good.

If it's the same same as a 825l it won't cost a dime, take the seat off and the brackets that hold it on so you can take the fuel pump out of the fuel tank, attached to to the fuel pump is a regulator that's held on with a wire clip, remove the regulator and take the screen off the regulator and put the the regulator back on without the screen. The screen gets a little trash on it and it screws up the fuel pressure.
I just did this Thursday on mine,I had changed fuel filter and injectors and that didn't help, man that works at Deere told me that they take the screen out of new regulators when they replace them.

We just had this same issue. It ended up being one of the throttle position sensors.

Mine has the exact same problem.  Use it daily to drive down to the mailbox, other shop away from my house and to mothers house.  Only has 1400 miles in 3 years.  Runs great after an oil change for about 1 tank of fuel for some reason.  Then back to its same old self of running rough.  Its also extremely loud.  Will look in the fuel tank soon..  Thanks
