SEMN | 6150R with 3 sets of outlets. Running rock picker. Outlet running reel has a electric splitter. The last couple of days been having trouble with hoses popping out of the outlets. Seems to happen more often with a bigger rock on the reel, not always though. Sometimes it will blow the other hoses not even be used. JD dealer changed the one set of couplers and hose ends, no change. 800 hrs on tractor, running at 1200 rpms. Splitter is used to run loader for big rocks. Any ideas? |

NE KS | Our 7430 spits out hyd hoses like a cowboy spits chew. Its much worse when its cold out. I have found using new pionner brand coupler on the implement helps but is not a fix. I've heard of people replacing the coupler on the tractor but with mixed results. IDK why they didn't use a set up like the 7930 or 8xxx have. Another engineer I'd like to slap. |

W.C. Mo. | Can you lower the rate/pressure of hydr flow on that spool???? It has helped when I had the problem on equipment I do not use often. |

SW Michigan | We had this same issue on a case IH steiger. Took apart and cleaned the load checks to make sure they weren't sticking, but it ended up being a bad coupler. The internal seals were bypassing oil to cause all the remote hoses to pop out. |

Manila, Ar | I traded a 8130 a few years ago, for that same reason........JD decided, I needed new SCV box's @ $4k each..........and the tractor had 4 .........no way i was going to spend 16k ........ ..The tractor would be ok until oil warmed up, and then they would pop out faster than I could puttem back in......:( |

northeastern Ohio | I hooked up an old Brillion seeder a few weeks ago and could not keep the hoses hooked up. Turned the flow down to less than 50% and they never popped out again. |

ND | New replacement alternative coupler AL221083 is available. |

SEMN | Dealer said there is a service bulletin that calls for a different style coupler. They are ordering some. I do not understand why it has not bothered before. I suppose because the warranty ran out 5 months ago. |

| Good ideas here. Worn remotes are the problem. But some brands of quick-coupler tips stay in better than others. Brennan is above average, but the best is Snap-tite. |

Finley, ND | Just got our 6115r with 300 hours back from warrantee work. All new blocks, as well as a new loader control valve. I think the service manager said it was around a 20k repair. Deere was fighting it, saying neglect. We sold the cows about 2 weeks after this tractor was delivered so if get 250 of those hours were rock picker and sugar duty. Abuse my leg. This will be the last season with the green one. |

Eastern Washington | I see this on my Case Quad trac... for me its the inner part of the coupler (as others have mentioned). Slowing the flow, does help, reversing the lines, sometimes can get you by for a while. On my case, can find the bad one, and change them in about 10 minutes. I replace 3-6 a year... have 6000 hours on the tractor. Have an older case tractor mid-90's... has 8000 hours, and its hydraulic couplers are still great (wish they wouldn't have changed). |

| Hey can you tell me how to fix my hydraulic remotes popping out (all at once) of my case 485 quad track? |

| Having same problem on 480HD steiger pulling planter flipped hoses around on #2 remote (vac fan) which I suspected was bad the one, and fixed, or bandaged it for now. Was ejecting all 5 remotes when bulk fill reengaged. That gets old real quick. |
