Panhandle of Ne.
Are they decent? Is there much difference between the 400 series and 800 series besides torsion spring on one axle, brakes and lights?

I bought a 435 one about two years ago. I still have to modify it yet for what I intend to use it for, so I can't speak to its quality or longevity yet. However, mine has no lights and no brakes on it.

I bought a 425 last year on Auction Time last year in NE. Pulled it to IA to pick up a JD 925 head. Put some magnetic lights on, tied it down, and pulled it home 400 miles on the interstate going 60-65 mph. No problems. I will just be making short hauls with it now, so it fit the bill here.  Two neighbors have 435's they haul JD 635's on and seem to be pleased. I think you have pointed out the obvious in the 400 and 800 series, any other differences I am not aware of; but never really looked at the 800 series. The 400 series does not have tie down straps, I am not sure about the 800 series.

We bought a 435 a couple years ago. Made the hitch extendable, added rear lights, probably need to add a fender on front tires.

Overall, I think they are decent trailers. A little light fab to customize to your liking

Every major auction has a pile of their equipment. Sells cheap compared to similar stuff on dealers lot.  Is that there marketing plan to cut out middle man? Or did they build huge numbers of cheaply built things that they had no market for and now sell on auctions to liquidate.

Yeah there's several of these companies selling on consignment auctions the other popular category seems to be skid steer attachments. Who are they and where are they located? I've tried googling some of them and never find anything solid it seems.

I have a 435 that I put an AGCO 9250T draper head on. Only had that combo one year. Seems to work fine to me, but the frame is not adjustable so it might not work with all heads. It would not work with my lexion 12 row corn head when I tried it.

It is imported stuff from Mexico. Mennonites from what I've heard, but I don't know. They take stuff that is popular, simple design and copy it. JD 225 offset disk, tandem disk, V-rippers, pull box blades, feeder trailers, header trailers, etc. Ritchie Bros is selling it for them at auctions, and I don't wonder if they aren't dodging some tax/fees on it since I've never seen it sell as 'new'. Everything is always labeled 'unused'.

I think it is fine for what it is. Price is right. The places I've seen other than RB that were selling stuff bought their inventory at RB, but that doesn't mean there isn't other outfits importing the stuff.

They are made in Cuauhtemoc Chihuahua MX,

They have I think the way I heard from one of their drivers 20 trucks that are getting machinery from all over US to then resell,

They came up with making things as box blades, feeder wagons, trac closers, etc...
To also haul loads into US and not go empty, but it became more of a business than the actual machinery selling so I've heard...

Need to modify slightly. Can do it it with a torch and simple welder to fit your head. We also put a 2x6 laying flat under sickle to let it lay better. Also did not know they could paint something with such a small amount of paint. Wouldn't hurt to spray another coat or two.
